Lion Park stands out as one of the most unique architectural projects in which Ales Construction played a primary role as the main contractor for the reinforced concrete structure. This 13-story residential building features service units on the ground floor and 3 floors of underground parking.

 

The distinctive architectural element of Lion Park is its balconies with organic shapes, crafted with concrete parapets. These meandering balconies, prominently displayed on the facade, create an organic interplay between the built structure and the characteristic vegetation of the surrounding area.
