An illustration of Ales Construction’s collaborative commitment is embodied in the Univers City project, in partnership with Balfin Group. An ambitious project that resulted in the creation of a complex with residential spaces, commercial spaces, offices, a park, sports fields, children’s playgrounds, packing areas, etc.

This project stands as a testament to the common cooperative approach where all parties interacted smoothly to adapt to the various requirements in everyone’s interest.

Utilizing strategic construction acumen, we ensured design optimization, efficiency and cost effectiveness so that the project was on schedule and on budget.

Our principles of cooperation extend to projects of all scales such as building residential spaces in Kukës, for the residents of the city or the surrounding areas; also for immigrants born in search of properties. All this while actively engaging with the local community.
