As you walk the streets of Tirana, surely from time to time, your eyesight will encounter some beautiful, “gigantic” buildings that dazzle you for a few minutes. And after you see them, comment on them, and appreciate them, have you ever asked yourself how what you have in front of you came into existence? After some of the most beautiful projects in our country, the name Ales Construction is precisely hidden.
Our activity began in 1999 as a small construction company in the newly established construction market in Albania. The challenges we faced made us love even more what we were creating. Thanks to our passion for beauty and our love for the work, we succeeded in bringing to life the desires of everyone who entrusted us with their faith.
Our qualified and experienced staff, composed of architects, construction engineers, economists, technicians, marketing managers, and more than 150 skilled construction workers and specialists, have turned into reality every project that was once just an idea in someone’s mind.

The Plazza
And who doesn’t know one of the most prestigious hotels in our country? “Tha Plazza” has been recognized as the highest tower in the city, with 4 underground floors and 24 upper floors.
With its style and uniqueness, this tower marked an achievement not only for Albania but also beyond.
Its grandeur is also evident in the panoramic views it offers. Every visitor has the opportunity to enjoy a complete view of Tirana.
4Ever Green Tower
Did you know that the Forever Green Tower is one of the tallest buildings in the Balkans? This tower stands at 85 meters in height and serves as a multifunctional building. It occupies an area of more than 12,400 square meters and has over 20 floors, four of which are underground.
The tower features four levels of underground parking, retail spaces, shops, seven levels of offices, eight levels of residential units, and a hotel that offers a panoramic view of the city.
In terms of design, the Forever Green Tower minimizes its footprint on the ground, with a narrow base and further expansion as it rises in height.

Air Albania Tower
We believe that the Air Albania Tower is one of those buildings that cannot escape the eyesight of anyone who visits Tirana at least once. The tower is a powerful identifying element of the complex, being the most prominent part of it.
The colors used would undoubtedly be identifiers of our country: red and black, a combination that makes this tower even more dominant.
DownTown One Albania
Downtown One Albania is the first of its kind in Albania! It’s a construction consisting of 40 above-ground floors and 5 underground parking levels. This multifunctional building is located in the heart of the capital city.
The building offers an ideal combination of luxurious residential apartments, contemporary offices, and commercial spaces. This project, which brings novelty in functionality, architecture, construction parameters, and environmental protection approach, is expected to be fully operational by 2024.
In addition to all the facilities, residents of this building will have the privilege of enjoying the best of Tirana with a panoramic view from the height of their apartments. For nature enthusiasts, they can admire the panorama with the greenery and freshness of Parku i Liqenit. And for those who prefer a bit more “dynamism,” they can enjoy the view from Skënderbej Square.
The Tirana International
Hotel is a 33-floors tower located in the heart of Tirana. This tower is an extension of the existing “Tirana International” hotel, but, this time it came as a five-star hotel.
What immediately catches your attention are the simple geometric shapes that have been used, specifically two cuboids that differ not only in material but also in color. A classic contrast of gold with black colour, wich gives such a beautiful view of the tower.
If you’re curious about the interior of the hotel, we can tell you that the hotel rooms are oriented towards the square, the center of the capital, with a view from the south with sunlight. This layout not only provides guests with the comforts the hotel offers but also the perfect location and orientation towards the city.
Lion Park
“Lion Park” is another one of our projects! This building offers 13 residential floors, while the ground floor consists of service units. It also has 3 underground parking levels.
The key architectural element of this structure is the balconies with organic shapes accompanied by concrete parapets with the same shapes. These balconies host a variety of typical plants from the region and climate.
Even though the same architectural language is maintained from the ground floor to the 13th floor, it repeats itself, adapting to the surfaces of each floor.
Tirana’s Rock
One of the most unique constructions is undoubtedly Tirana’s Rock. This tower is designed in the shape of the National Hero of Albania, Gjergj Kastrioti. Standing at 85 meters in height “Tirana’s Rock” brings a fresh perspective to the existing elements of Albanian architecture.
The extraordinary and distinctive shape of the tower is achieved through balconies that create an envelope around the entire building. Details of the face, such as the nose, ears, and chin, are mimicked through sculpted projections that create a delicate yet intricate geometry. The balconies also allow the interior spaces of the building to have a more rational layout while providing shade and comfort for the outdoor areas.
