The Plaza, one of the most prestigious hotels in the country, is a work of Ales Construction that best demonstrates the high capabilities of this company. This project, which was entrusted to Ales in 2007, marks an important chapter in the history of construction in Albania. The Plaza is the first tallest tower in the capital, comprising 4 floors underground and 24 floors above ground. It has contributed to the change and development of the appearance of Tirana, being an object of reference together with the historical buildings near the city center.
