City Hotel features a unique architectural concept, and Ales Construction was entrusted with the construction of its reinforced concrete structure. With a central constructive core, the hotel expands in a conical shape from the ground floor to the 12th floor, presenting both a challenge and an aesthetically valuable project for Ales Construction. This innovative design creates the perception that the building is suspended in the air, adding diversity to the surrounding area. The hotel, comprising 12 above-ground floors and 4 underground floors, covers an area of 734 m2.
