In January 2018, Ales Construction initiated a distinctive project featuring three individual residential villas in Durrës. Each of these two-story villas offers a total area of 528 m2. Ales Construction, serving as the main contractor, managed all construction aspects of these villas, encompassing design, engineering, and facility realization.
