Mount Tirana is an important architectural and infrastructure project in the heart of the capital, which is expected to be the tallest building in the country, with a height of 205 meters.
With a construction area of ​​70,000 m², this multifunctional tower will integrate residential spaces, offices, a hotel, service units, and parking facilities.

The project was conceived by the Danish studio CEBRA, and was developed by Nova Construction in 2012.

Inspired by the natural silhouette of the Albanian mountains, Mount Tirana seeks to establish a harmonious connection between national identity and contemporary urban development.

In this project, Ales Construction serves as a subcontractor for the realisation of the reinforced concrete structure (karabinas), ensuring construction quality in accordance with the project’s requirements at this level.

This project involves the construction of an industrial warehouse with one underground floor and two floors above ground. The warehouse is located on the Tirana-Durrës highway. Ales Construction is the main contractor, responsible for all construction processes in this project.

Designed to have everything you need for a comfortable lifestyle, Green Coast II comes as a meaningful symbol of modernity, dynamism, and relaxation. The project’s architecture seamlessly blends with the environment, remaining loyal to the natural texture of the rocky area where it is located. The color palette is chosen in accordance with Mediterranean architecture, and the large facades allow indoor and outdoor spaces to merge and function as one.

Residential and service building.

Folie Village, situated in the picturesque crescent-shaped bay of Jala, stands as a testament to art and craftsmanship, enhancing the southern coast of Albania.

Envisioned by the Oppenheim Group, this modern, luxurious, and high-end development comprises private villas and beachfront apartments, redefining the concept of contemporary living. Drawing inspiration from the rich folk traditions and ecology of neighboring villages like Vunoi and Dhërmi, the project comes to life in Jalë with a commitment to sensitivity towards humanity and nature, seamlessly harmonizing with its surroundings.

White Tower stands as a residential and service building, soaring with 16 and 17 floors above ground and extending 5 floors below ground. The first two floors host service facilities in the form of offices and commercial spaces, while the upper floors are dedicated to residential purposes, providing spacious apartments of various typologies. An architectural highlight of this building is the incorporation of concrete arches on both the ground and top floors.

Ales Construction has played an important role as the main contractor for the reinforced concrete structure, ensuring the stability and quality of the foundation.

Eagle Residence is a residential and service complex comprising two buildings. Facility 1 features 5, 6, and 7 floors above ground, while Facility 2 consists of 2, 3, and 4 floors above ground. Enhancing accessibility, the complex provides shared parking with 2 underground floors. Ales Construction has played a crucial role as the main contractor for the construction of the reinforced concrete structure, ensuring a robust and high-quality foundation for residents and businesses.

Thymus Resort, situated on the northern side of Drimadhe Bay, stands as a distinctive destination, providing a rich and rejuvenating experience. The resort comprises two newly constructed hotels, along with an existing one, and features 38 villas. Ales Construction took on the vital role of the main contractor for the construction of the reinforced concrete structure of one of the coastal hotels.

Each hotel, boasting 70 and 39 rooms respectively, offers a diverse range of services including restaurants, bars, swimming pools, fitness centers, gyms with various activities, and a comprehensive SPA. The SPA facilities encompass Turkish baths, saunas, and massage rooms, providing an ideal space for relaxation.

The three-story building is dedicated to providing care for individuals with special needs, offering a convenient and nurturing environment. Ales Construction served as the main contractor for all the works involved in this project, ensuring the construction of a suitable building tailored to the needs and comfort of the target group.
