Esat Noka was born in Kukës, on 01/11/1965. He grew up in a big family, surrounded by love and devotion. Since childhood, you could spot his desire for life, knowledge, and work. After the fall of communism, he emigrated to neighboring Greece. This is where the genesis of his career began, as today he marks his own success story. Although his successes are every day and growing, Esat is to everyone still the same, a simple, generous, and far-sighted man. Those who know him appreciate him as a man of few words, tireless, with an extraordinary intuition, and convinced that anything can be accomplished.
Esat Noka and his family, which is now involved in this business, are the model of correctness and success. He started as a simple worker in the construction field. Further, he continued to work in slightly more specialized workgroups, thus gaining the experience he would need to become one of the most skilled and sought-after specialists in the area. At the end of 1995, he created his first working group of about 6 people (including himself). This working group took over the entire process of building an object. In addition to the dedication and sacrifice, the requirements for the completion of objects also increased, thus promoting the further expansion with 3 working groups consisting of 6 people.
The years move quickly until 1998, when Esat, motivated by family circumstances, returns to Albania, taking with him the experience and professionalism he had worked so hard for during his last years in Greece. Initially, he created several working groups of 3 people, who took over the entire construction process of an object. Virtues such as the quality, correctness, and speed of this collective brought further expansion very quickly. In a very short time, his work groups turned into brigades and his small business turned into a really big business. In 2005, the business born from the necessity of survival turns into a business of great income; It finally culminates in 2009, the date that marks the last step towards fulfilling dreams. The business climbs further, from “Huge Business” to “VIP”, where it still stands proudly today.
Today, Mr. Esat Noka holds the title of the President of the company ‘Ales Construction’, a company with a valuable portfolio of realized projects and a workforce of over 200 people (not including the workers of dependent subcontractor groups). “Ales Construction” today finds itself among the most active names in the Albanian market of investment, construction, and design, responding over the years to the demand of customers with quality, correctness, and speed. The company’s experience includes the construction of buildings from the beginning of work to full completion, but also specific processes such as reinforced concrete structures, brick masonry, plastering, floor layers, infrastructure works, and other processes. “Ales Construction” has participated in some of the most unique projects realized to date in Albania. With an ever-increasing strength of manpower and logistics, the company today covers an average of 8,000m of carpentry and concrete pouring performed per month, at various sites. An amount of 20,000 m of construction carpentry panels, with all the necessary accessories, are used today in various construction sites in Tirana and other districts.
