Who we are, and how we got here.
Ales Construction Ltd began its activity in 1999 as a small construction company in the newly established construction market in Albania. Since then, it has been working in a wide variety of projects from small villas and apartment buildings to business and industrial buildings, spread in many cities of Albania like Tirana, Kruja, Durres, Lezha, Kukes, etc.
Our company is equipped with a qualified and experienced staff, made of architects, civil engineers, economists, technicians, Marketing managers, and more than 150 skilled construction workers and specialists, and is still expanding. Today, after many years of experience, we find ourselves amongst the most active construction companies in Albania in investment, construction, and design, consistently delivering optimal quality, correctness, and accomplishment of schedules in all of our enterprises.
IN THE CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS
Ales Construction Ltd experience during these years covers building construction from start to completion, but also separate processes such as the concrete structure, brick or other technology walls, gym, floor paving, infrastructure, and other operations, offering the most competitive quality of work and prices, as well as the correct timing and schedules requested by the investors.
With the accent on shuttering, concrete casting, and reinforcement works, as the prime specialty since the founding of our company, we have been contracted by many investors in Albania, our works including some of the most advanced structures lately built in Albania. With continuously increasing equipment and quality power, our company today covers a medium-built amount of 8,000m of shuttering and concrete casting per month, spread in the many sites we operate. With all the necessary accessories, about 20,000m of operational shuttering formwork panels are being used today in ambitious construction sites in Tirana and its surroundings.
Since 2010 Ales Construction Ltd has successfully tested itself in the investor and primary contractor position, with four completed mixed-use buildings, three west of Tirana and one in Kukes.
