The main living areas of the ground floor of the villa are open towards a front yard, overlooking the compound street, but raised from it to about two meters, ensuring privacy and good view of the street and the hills.
The interior design of the ground floor emphasizes this quality, leaving all areas open to each other and to the front yard, while keeping them organized according to the function.
The main entrance open to the internal circulation space and continues directly to the stair to the first floor. The kitchen and dining area is to the right, with a big window looking at the outside entry.
The living area is organized in two internal sitting spaces, one in front of the tv and one around the fireplace, and one outside in the front yard. This sequence makes the entire floor feel bigger and blur the boundaries between inside and outside, making full use of the villa spaces.
